The first step was to remove the failing teeth and clear out all active decay to create a healthy environment for future dental implants.

Once the jawbone healed, T.A. returned for the surgical foundation phase. This visit required advanced techniques due to bone loss in the upper jaw.
- Bone Grafting & Sinus Lifting: To create enough bone depth and stability for the upper implants, Dr. Özkaynak performed 2 Sinus Lifts and applied Straumann Maxgraft (0.5 cl) bone grafting material.
- Implant Placement: He then strategically placed 7 Neodent (Straumann Group) Implants in the upper jaw and an “All-on-8” foundation of 8 Neodent Implants in the lower jaw.
