The Initial Consultation: The “Drifting” Bite
When Sean first visited us in June 2025, his condition was severe.

Because the natural teeth were causing the bite issue, extracting them gave our surgeons a clean slate to “reset” the jaw relationship.
Step 1: Clearing the Foundation (June 2025)
We performed full-mouth extractions (21 teeth) to remove the infection. This stopped the “drifting” process immediately.
Step 2: The Surgical Correction (August 2025)
Two months later, once the gums had healed, we placed the dental implants.
- Dual All-on-6: We placed 6 Neodent (Straumann Group) implants in the Upper Jaw and 6 in the Lower Jaw.
- Surgical Bite Correction: Unlike natural teeth, implants are placed at precise angles. Our surgeons positioned the upper implants further back and the lower implants strategically to reduce the gap between the jaws.

Step 3: The Reconstruction (December 2025)
After 4 months of integration, we fitted the permanent teeth.
