Tickets must be bought with your own card (your name must be on it). We require your flight ticket PDF, the receipt of the payment made by you, and a passport page showing your date of entry into Turkey. Please be careful about the payment-card requirement — without it, we can’t refund you, as the government does not accept these documents unless these conditions are met.
