The initial visit focused on removing unsalvageable teeth, treating active decay, and stabilizing the healthy remaining teeth.

• Extractions: A total of 9 failing teeth were safely removed (5 standard and 2 surgical extractions in the upper jaw; 4 standard extractions in the lower jaw).
• Restorations: 2 White Fillings were placed to treat localized decay.

⚙️ Phase 2: Dental Implant Surgery & Grafting (January 2026)

Three months later, the patient returned once the extraction sites had successfully healed, allowing us to place the permanent titanium foundations.

• Bone Reconstruction: 2 units of Straumann Maxgraft bone grafting material were applied to the upper jaw to rebuild the necessary volume.
• Dental Implant Placement: Under the surgical expertise of Özkan Özkaynak, D.D.S., Ph.D., 5 premium Neodent (Straumann Group) Dental Implants were strategically placed—3 in the upper jaw and 2 in the lower jaw.

After allowing five months for the dental implants to fully fuse with the jawbone (osseointegration), L.P. returned for the final aesthetic and restorative reveal.
